Over the past decade, I've had access to some of the world’s best coaches, global retreats and intensive training programs focusing on topics such as teamwork, leadership, finance, integrity, relationships, communication, self-expression, and personal freedom. This training combined with my personal life experiences is what had me develop my signature Love Over Fear program.

One of the most painful moments in my life was receiving a life-altering diagnosis that revealed I am at risk for Huntington’s Disease, though that still didn’t compare to the feeling of disconnection and loneliness; something many of us have experienced. Regardless of my challenges, my personal wellbeing or lack of is reflected in the quality of my relationships. 

There is so much that can get in the way of connection, and that is why I love being a relationship coach. I help others clear the way to being free and empowered in any situation. My mission is to awaken people’s natural ability to experience love and connection in such a way that what’s left is a world of people in partnership.
